The Bible and modest dress?

I am a Christian but I wear shorts or a bikini on the beach.. I also belly dance and take ballet.. Now I think that a lot of other Christians judge me for all of this. I have not come across a verse that specifically says what a modestly dressed person looks like. We just assume it is someone that wears long skirts, pants, and loose tops.
I was just wondering if there was a verse that explained exactly what a modest person wears..

Modest dress is basically a form of clothing that neither shows pride in self or could provoke sensual feelings toward the wearer. We are responsible in a small way for the purity of others. Dress in a way that would glorify God and point others to Him.
